Abstract: Blockchain technology, initially pioneered for cryptocurrency, is transforming the education sector by facilitating personalized learning experiences. This study tackles challenges associated with centralized digital educational platforms, including inefficiencies, heightened fraud risk, and escalated operational costs. We introduce a blockchain-based system that leverages ERC721A for non-fungible token batch minting and incorporates Soulbound Tokens for the secure provision of non-transferable educational materials. The implementation of this system realizes up to a 26.27\% reduction in gas costs, underscoring its capability to significantly diminish operational expenses while boosting the personalization and security of educational content distribution via blockchain.
