Abstract: This paper introduces a novel system combining AI-driven predictive analytics and blockchain-powered dynamic NFTs to enhance pet healthcare. By integrating real-time data from IoT devices and veterinary records, the system provides actionable insights into pet health, activity, and nutrition. Dynamic NFTs visually represent these metrics, fostering user engagement. The AI models achieved notable performance, with the Health Classifier obtaining 93% accuracy and an F1 Score of 0.925, and the Nutrition Recommender attaining an R2 score of 0.976. Secure blockchain transactions ensure data integrity, while dynamic NFT updates capture key health milestones. This system establishes a new standard in personalized pet healthcare, with future improvements targeting cross-platform NFT support, advanced AI techniques, and gamification to enhance scalability and user engagement.
