Using the BB84 protocol, the framework ensures secure communication, robust data integrity, and streamlined operations, even under quantum channel noise. Simulation results demonstrate the architecture's scalability, low-latency consensus, and enhanced secure key rates, positioning it as a transformative solution for next-generation decentralized logistics networks.
