OnCreate(), PreCreateWindow(), CreateDockingWindows(), SetDockingWindowIcons(),
OnToolbarCreateNew()

- Make event hnd for user handling.
- set basic GUI function with team member.
(UDP, TCP, file trans, txt open and save, txt filtering)
