Continue reading a paper titled “A Hybrid of Firefly and Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithms for Load Balancing in Cloud Environments: Performance Evaluation,” published in Computer Networks in 2019. The purpose is to check on the way the proposed algorithms in the paper balances the loads in cloud environment.
