Added simulation results, which are accuracy and delay time of TLCS.
Added sentences that the result can be used in the real environment.

Prepared document for VISA

Title 4:
Learned how to determine the boundary of three traffic conditions with parameter metric "the vehicle of the change at each time step".
Revised the figure that shows the different proposed systems with other schemes.

This Week Todo's

Title 2:
Reduce the explanation of the traffic light system.
Add more explanation of traffic light system optimization using deep reinforcement learning.
Check and correct the whole section before submitting it.
Submit the paper.

Title 3:
Apply for VISA.

Title 4:
-Try to connect the SUMO simulator to the database using a JAVA platform.
-Make a simulation scenario.
-Finalize the system model and proposed system.
