- Listed the all of review comments and discussed it with Sanjay.
- Corrected and Edited the grammatical error.

- Edited the performance evaluation explanation.
- Added the practical concern.

Title 4:
- Added some suggestions from the committee: target system, practical concern, communication delay, assumptions of the scenario, and generate the delay equation.
- rewrite it in the journal format.
- Determined the target journal.

- Check, correct, and edited the writing of the questions and suggestions.
