Team Leader
1. Work with Philip and the International office to keep track of Mr. Simeon's arrival to NSL.
2. Receive update reports from Mentors for Spring 2021.
3. Conclude the training of Mr. Mark and ensuring all newcomers officially applied for their supervisors on the KIT website.
4. Continue to interface with all Lab members for paper submissions and lab activities
5. Followed up on all members to update their personal profiles on the NSL website and other websites such as research gate.
6. Receive instructions from Professors and relate to lab members.
7. Continue to receive all progress reports on 2021 Winter Intensive using kakao
8. Submitted a camera-ready copy paper for a newcomer to the JCCI conference (Deadline April 5, 2021)


Project: IoT Applications for Smart Home (Project Leader)

1. Prepare and keep updating the 100-page report for the company by handwriting for a new project on the thermal array.
2. Keep in touch with the company representative on kakao for any resolution
3. Have meetings with Project team members to write the research note by hand
4. Resubmit the journal version of the IoT for the smart factory
5. Read to update on how to use ensemble learning for Reliability issues of IIoT
6. Improve the machine learning codes for better accuracy and classification
7. Continuing research on the use of Thermal Array.


NSL Activities: International Journals and Conference Section on NSL Website

1. keep sending messages to all Lab members who did not update their sections and personal profile
2. Monitoring status of NSL members on international Conferences/Journals and reported accordingly to team managers
3. Help to ensure accurate data on research gate for members and professor page


Mentoring work
1. Simeon: assisted him to finally settle down in his lab and room. Also guided him on his KICS summer paper as well as keep co-working on his winter intensive paper
2. Adi: Guided and vetted his NSL seminar presentation as well as vetted his KICS summer and Journal paper.
3. Mark: Completed his 4-page International conference paper although with little simulation issues
4. Goodness: To assist Bushra in identifying real time and security issues for Internet of connected vehicles using machine learning.

Monthly Goals

Monthly goals April:
1. Complete and submit at least one journal paper (Dr. Hoa co-working) (50%)
2. Continuously working with Mentors to guide and train newcomers.
3. Submit Video and attend ICAIIC 2021 (100%).
4. Submit a Camera-ready copy to JCCI 2021 as approved by Prof. Lee (100%).
5. Coordinate the KGSP applications to NSL (50%)
6. Resubmit the winter intensive paper and submit it for English correction (100%)
7. Develop a new project idea for IoT Team using a Thermal-array (35%).

Annual goals
1.Attend or submit at least one International Conference: ICAIIC 2021 (Done), ICOIN 2021 (Done), ETFA 2021 (Processing), ICUFN 2021 (Processing).
2.Attend or submit to all domestic conferences approved by the NSL: KICS Winter 2021 (Done), JCCI 2021, (done), KICS Summer 2021 (Processing), KICS Fall 2021
3.Publish or submit at least two International Journal papers/Letters (85% Done)
