Title 1: RF-Based Drone Detection Using AI Models: Results, Trends, and Open Issues.

I surveyed 2 papers on security of drone network. (previous research area)

I consulted my senior colleagues on issues regarding RF-datasets but the issue was unresolved due to problems associated with RF-Signal dataset.

I opted for a change of task allocation for anti-drone system project(RF-Technology) at capstone class due to issues with RF dataset.

I studied the concept of ANN and how it works.

I had an appointment with the doctor due to health issue with the assistance of my mentor.

To survey at least 5 papers in HAR (new research area)

To continue with python, machine learning and neural network learning

To complete my seminar ppt slides.

To introduce the new project in capstone class.

To response to online and offline classes and assignment.

To initiate title 2 research topic.

i visited Gtihub regarding dataset issues.

i requested for help from senior colleagues with respect to dataset but the problem remained unresolved due to underlining issues with most RF datasets.

i requested for change in project at capstone class due issues with RF preprocessing script.

i had a brief session with project leader with regards to new project assigned to me by prof.Lee.

i read some articles and went through some research paper to understand the concept of HAR.

This Week's Project

To report to my group leader based on task allocation with the new project and gain more clearity with project.

To introduce the new project(HAR)in capstone presentation, concept, application, issues and related works surveyed.

To Continue to survey papers on HAR.

Monthly Goals

To have some level of knowledge with python, ML and ANN.


To survey at least 10 papers on HAR


To initiate a title 2 research topic.



To run at least 1 simulation in ML.

Annual Goals

To attend at least 1 domestic conference.


To attend at least one international conference.


To master python skill for ML.


To have a good knowledge of ANN


To write one journal paper
